Ordering
Select the awning compatible with your van and roof rack. You can find more about compatibility of the Fiamma awnings we offer for Sprinter, Transit, and Promaster vans and awning compatibility here.
Shipping
Fiamma awnings ship directly to you from their warehouse in Florida. Once you place your order, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Any extended wait times will be listed on the awning page.
ALL awnings are required to ship via freight due the size of the awning. The freight company will contact you directly to schedule the delivery appointment.
Please note, Fiamma awnings and brackets may ship in 2 separate shipments. The hardware ships with UPS and the awning ships with a freight carrier. Since the separate shipments often leave at different times and through different carriers, the timing between arriving the hardware and awning can vary a bit so your patience is appreciated.
Delivery
Here are a few tips we recommend for the delivery of your awning:
- Schedule your delivery appointment as soon as you hear from the freight company.
- Clear an area that you can place your awning when it arrives.
- On the day of your delivery appointment, it’s helpful if there’s an area the truck can park in front of your driveway.
- If you have not received a call to schedule delivery after 4 weeks from the time you placed your order, please contact us immediately.
- Upon delivery, please check your awning for damage - if there’s considerable damage, please REFUSE the delivery and let us know right away. Damage is rare, but this will speed things up to get a replacement going.
Canceling
Awning orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order with no fees incurred.
If you want to cancel your awning and it has been longer than 24 hours since you placed the order, you can reach out to us anyway at [email protected] and we will confirm with Fiamma to see if it's early enough to cancel the awning without any fees.
Returning
Awnings can be returned in new, uninstalled condition, within 30 days of delivery. Awning are considered large item returns and typically have a return fee of $200-500 (this is the actual cost of the freight shipping). Return fees are deducted from the total refund. You are welcome to contact us at [email protected] to find out what the return fee for your order would be to return your awning.
If an awning arrives with considerable damage, please REFUSE the delivery. If you find hidden damage after the truck has left, there will be NO return fee - if this happens, please take photos and email them to us asap so we can get your replacement awning going as well as the return shipment going.

Changing the Delivery Address
The delivery address can be changed for locations within the contiguous US only. Delivery address change requests made within 24 hours of placing the order can be updated with no additional fee.
Requests made after the first 24 hours of placing the order will be subject to an additional fee. Additional fees to change the address typically ranges from $200-500.
Changing the delivery address will extend the delivery timing. The added length of time is typically 1-2 weeks.
