Unboxing Instructions

CAUTION: DO NOT USE A KNIFE TO REMOVE PLASTIC to avoid cutting mattress cover when opening

Mattress has been compressed for shipping. Please open with caution. Mattress will expand when released from packaging.

Please allow 48 hours to completely expand before use

IMPORTANT NOTE: To validate the Roam Rest mattress warranty, the product must be removed from the box and decompressed within 14 days of delivery.

Suggested Cleaning Instructions

Handwash (recommended)

Unzip all mattress panels and carefully remove foam from any dirty or soiled panel cover. Be sure to zip all panels closed after removing foam and before cleaning. *Do not turn cover inside out.

For light messes

Spot treat with lukewarm water and mild detergent with non-abrasive towel or soft-bristled scrubber. Soak in lukewarm water and agitate to remove any residual detergent and line dry. *Do not dry in machine dryer.

For heavy messes

Soak in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Scrub dirty or soiled area with non-abrasive scrubber. Soak, rinse and agitate with lukewarm water to remove any residual detergent and line dry. *Do not dry in machine dryer.

Machine Wash (optional but not recommended)

Unzip all mattress panels and carefully remove foam from any dirty or soiled panel covers. Place in washing machine with mild detergent in lukewarm water on gentle cycle and line dry. *Do not dry in machine dryer.

Suggested Care Instructions

To revitalize water resistant properties

Add wash-in waterproofing product during machine washing or spray waterproofing product after drying process. *Follow all manufacturer’s waterproofing product instructions.

After heavy use, long exposure to moist environments, or big trips

Store in a climate-controlled zone unfolded to appropriately air out, dry, and store in a dry and moisture free area in its bag or place back into your van.

NAMC/RoamRest Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty

12 Month Warranty

To validate the warranty, the product must be removed from the box and decompressed within 14 days of delivery.

RoamRest by North America Mattress Corp. takes pride in every mattress we manufacture and warrants the original purchaser that its products should be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Twelve (12) months after the date of delivery. RoamRest’s obligation under its warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for any products found to be defective which is at the sole discretion of RoamRest.

Products or components for which a warranty claim is made shall be returned with a prepaid package to RoamRest’s warehouse. Any improper use, alteration, or repairs to any of the products will adversely void its warranty. No employees or representatives of RoamRest are authorized to change the warranty in any way.

This statement constitutes RoamRest/North America Mattress Corporation’s entire warranty with the respect to the aforesaid equipment. ROAMREST MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROAMREST/NORTH AMERICA MATTRESS CORPORATION BE LIABLE HEREUNDER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO THE SALES OR USE OF ANY SUCH EQUIPMENT.
