Can I install the Low Pro Roof Rack myself?

Flatline Van Co. Low Pro Roof Racks are designed to be very simple to install. They require no drilling and mount to factory rails or holes. Anyone handy with basic tools should be able to install our racks.

Can I install the Safari Rack myself?

We recommend contacting one of our Certified Installers if you don't feel comfortable installing the Safari Rack after viewing the Installation Guide.

Can I install Side Steps with other accessories underneath my van?

Our Sprinter Side Steps mount to the underbody your van where other accessories may already be in place. If you encounter this issue, you can omit one Hangar or Brace along the MID SECTION of the side steps.

Using the Thule Hideaway Awning with our Sprinter Low Pro Roof Racks

The roof mounted Thule Hideaway Awning can be installed with our Low Pro Roof Racks for Sprinter vans - it just requires some cuts to the Thule awning brackets and is really minimal extra work if you have the tools.

What to do if bed rail mounting holes aren't lining up with the Sprinter bed brackets

If the side rails of the bed you received aren't lining up with the brackets, you'll need to drill holes in the side rails as shown below. You can also find this information noted on page 5 of the install guide.
